When you fill out a form on this site — such as a contact form, home search request or PCS guide request — I collect the information you choose to give me, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your move, timeline, price range or the type of property you're interested in. Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site, through cookies and similar tools.

I use your information to respond to your questions, send you the guides or resources you request, help with your home search, schedule appointments, and follow up about your real estate needs. If you subscribe to my emails, I'll send you helpful information about buying, selling and moving in the Colorado Springs area. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you give me your phone number and check the consent box on a form, I may send you text messages related to your inquiry. Marketing text messages are only sent if you separately opt in to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only:

• with service providers who help me run my business, such as my email, customer management and website providers, who may use it only to provide those services to me;
• with my brokerage, Properties of the Peak, Realty & Property Management, as part of working with you;
• with a lender, inspector or other professional only when you ask me to connect you; or
• when required by law.

I keep your information for as long as it's useful for working with you, or as required for my real estate records, and then delete it.
