A note from me
Hi, I'm Brittany — a Colorado Springs REALTOR® specializing in military relocation, VA buyers and sellers, and rural and acreage properties.
I've been in real estate since 2016, and over the years I've learned that no two moves — and no two transactions — look exactly the same.
As a veteran spouse, I understand firsthand that buying or selling a home doesn't always happen under perfect circumstances.
Sometimes you're relocating from across the country, buying a home you've never stepped foot in, navigating a VA loan or assumption, or making a major decision on a tight timeline.
I've experienced many of those situations personally, and I bring that perspective into every transaction.
My family and I live on 35 acres east of Colorado Springs, so rural real estate isn't just a niche I work in — it's part of my everyday life.
Wells, septic systems, acreage, livestock, outbuildings, long commutes and the unique details that come with country living are things I genuinely understand.
Whether you're PCSing to Colorado, buying your first home, selling one you've loved for years, or looking for a little more land and a little less city, my goal is the same:
To give you straightforward advice, local knowledge and someone you can trust to help you make the decision that's right for you.
Because good real estate representation isn't about pushing you toward a transaction.
It's about making sure you feel informed, prepared and confident in whatever comes next.

What working with me looks like
I'll tell you when buying a house might not make the most sense. I'd rather lose a sale than watch someone buy something they'll regret later when circumstances change.
If you want someone who'll answer the phone and give you a straight answer, that's the part I'm good at.

You don't have to be ready to buy anything. If you're three months out and trying to figure out where to start, that's a fine reason to get in touch.
